Terms & Conditions of Services

• Day and time for washing will be fixed on mutual agreement, at the time of registration. Any change in the scheduled time and day depends on Go Kleen’s time slot availability in your area.
• For weekly once wash package, Go Kleen will make all effort to deliver four washes per month.
• Go Kleen will not be responsible for any missed washes due to non-availability of the vehicle, and any adjustment to the monthly billing is not possible.
• Washing Services will not be available during public holidays.
• Go Kleen reserves the right to alter the service schedule. Revised service schedule, if any will be communicated as quickly as possible.
• One registration / subscription cannot include more than one vehicle i.e. each car should be registered in any one of the available packages.
• Go Kleen management is not responsible for any missing items from your car, however we do guarantee our employees’ honesty and integrity.
• Go Kleen handles customers’ vehicles with utmost care, and Go Kleen cannot be held responsible
  for any damage/ malfunction of any kind of electrical and other forms of fittings or fixtures in and around the vehicle, due to water spillage.
• Go Kleen will not be responsible for any form of malfunction or damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, and failure to follow any form of verbal instructions.
• Any subscription of washing services can be suspended for a minimum period of one month or more with advance notice.
• Cancellation of subscription can be done by giving one calendar month notice or one month’s service fee in Lieu of notice.
• Any disputes arising out of this agreement /terms and condition will be under the jurisdiction of the Ernakulum Court.
• Monthly payment for the service should be paid on or before the 5th of the following month.
• The rates specified do not include Service Tax, Go Kleen has the full right to adjust the tariff to include Service tax when applicable.
• There will be no refund of the service fee or the one time registration fee.
• Monthly fees are fixed and need to be paid via bank transfer.
